My name is Brian Todd, and like you, I needed to find a way to drastically and positively improve my health. But I was fed up with visits to doctors who seemed to only want to push medicine and more medicine on me. 7 years ago I was introduced to the raw food lifestyle. Now when I first heard about raw food, I was thinking to myself, like I bet you are thinking “what the heck is raw food? Am I going to be stuck eating lettuce like a rabbit all day!?
Well nothing could be further from the truth. I was soooo wrong. There is so much variety it’s crazy. I still manage to keep myself interested and engaged with raw foods even after 7 years.
But my big problem with raw food is a complaint I hear often: “Brian raw foods are too difficult to make and they consume too much of my time in the kitchen.” Guess What? You are right! They do consume way too much time. That’s if you follow the traditional approach. My approach is for busy people…people just like you who are out working every day and simply don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen.
Look, who wants to spend all their time in the kitchen sprouting and soaking and dehydrating things all the time? Sure these have their place in raw food, but I want to show you a better way-an approach to the raw food diet thats simple, effective and delicious and takes very little time. That’s my goal here!
